I am an independent healthcare innovation consultant working on strategy, program design, implementation and impact. Prior to consulting, I spent several years leading and managing drug development projects and teams for Novartis, Johnson & Johnson and Pfizer’s R&D organizations. I love working with with other innovation ecosystem partners and continue to involve in various start-up mentoring and leadership coaching and mentoring activities globally. I also teach at Indian School of Business, Hyderabad, India as Visiting Faculty.
